How can I track my order status?

Delivery Policy

We mainly use DHL way to transport, DHL transport to the rest of the world, probably need 3-5 days. We can not ensure the backdrops’ delivery time, but you can check the package in DHL official website by the tracking number: http://www.dhl.com.

All of our orders are shipped as "D.D.U"(Delivered Duties Unpaid), www.punkravestore.co.uk can not be held responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply to international orders. To find out more about this, please contact your local custom office. All prices on our site are quoted in dollars.

Is shipping fee included in the price?

If item name includes "Free Shipping", then you will do not need to pay for shipping fee. Free available for every country.

For items without "Free Shipping" , the shipping fee is not included in the item prices: you need to use the online system to make a shipping quote for your order.
